KolaDaisi University (KDU) after approval by the Federal Executive Council was licensed by the National Universities Commission to operate as a Private University in November, 2016. The University, founded by Chief Kola Daisi, CON, Bashorun of Ibadan has as its Proprietor, the Kola Daisi Foundation (KDF).
The interest of the Founder in the sphere of Education of Nigerians can be traced back to1993 with the establishment of Kola Daisi Foundation. Already, the Foundation has made numerous impacts on the life of many Nigerians through its various donations and contributions to Nigerian Universities, endowment of prizes, award of scholarship and operation of Vocational Skills Acquisition Programme to address youth unemployment, underemployment, restiveness through training and retraining of unemployed youths. The Foundation has therefore garnered several years of experience in the provision of education and training of youth as well as collaboration with higher education and training institutions in the country. The desire of the Founder, Chief Kola Daisi to deepen his involvement in provision of education and training of youths culminated in the establishment of University that will be a legacy for generations to come.

2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ACADEMIC STAFF
a. Assistant Lecturer
Applicants must possess Bachelor and Master Degrees in relevant disciplines from a reputable University. Evidence of progress on PhD programme is required.

b. Lecturer I/Lecturer II
Applicants must possess PhD Degree from a reputable University and/or an acceptable relevant professional qualification.
Applicants must have 2years post-doctoral teaching experience as well as outstanding research and scholarly publications in recognized national and international journals respectively.

c. Senior Lecturer
Applicants must possess PhD Degree from a reputable University and/or an acceptable relevant professional qualification.
Applicants must have 6 years post-doctoral teaching experience as well as outstanding research and scholarly publications in recognized national and international journals respectively.

d. Professor
Applicants must be internationally acclaimed Professor with not less than 12 years post-doctoral teaching experience. Applicants must show evidence of:
• Scholarship through outstanding research and publications
• Exceptional teaching ability
• Leadership in research and postgraduate supervision
• Administrative leadership and competence The successful candidates must be able to initiate new areas of research, add value to the programmes in the Department, stimulate further research and help with collaboration internationally.

e. Senior Librarian
Applicants must possess a PhD in Library and Information Science from a reputable University, extensive experience in Academic Librarianship as well as a mastery of the use of academic databases and open source electronic library management software. A minimum of 9 years experience is required.

f. Librarian I
Applicants must have MLS or MIS from a reputable University. Applicants must be familiar with the use of academic databases and various open source materials used in University Libraries. Possession of a PhD will be an added advantage while 6 years experience in an academic library is required.

g. Librarian II
Applicants must possess MLS or MIS with 3 years experience in a University Library.

NON-ACADEMIC
a. Principal Assistant Registrar
Applicants must possess a good degree from a recognized University with at least 9 years relevant post-qualification experience. Possession of a higher degree and membership of recognized professional bodies would be an added advantage. A good knowledge of the computer is required

b. Senior Assistant Registrar
Applicants must possess a good degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification plus at least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience. A good knowledge of the computer is required.

c. Assistant Registrar
Applicants must possess a good degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification plus at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience. A good knowledge of the computer is required. d. Administrative Officer
Applicants must possess a good degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. A good knowledge of the computer is required. e. Confidential Secretary
Applicants must possess a University degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies plus RSA in Pitman or its equivalent in 120/50 wpm in Shorthand and Typewriting plus 6 years secretarial experience.

4. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The appointment, which is to commence as soon as possible, is for three years in the first instance. It may be extended for specific periods or confirmed to retiring age. Fringe benefits include a Pension Scheme or comparable arrangement as may be approved from time to time by the University Council.
